About 6  years ago, my wife Kathy and I met Mike Nicol while he was working for another real estate company. At that time we knew we wanted to purchase property in Cabo, but we were not familiar with the different areas. Well, Mike was able to answer all our questions and proceeded to show us various lots and informed us about all the advantages and disadvantages of the various properties. When we picked the lot that we liked, he was able to negotiate a favorable deal for us and the seller. I am a retired salesman from California, recently widowed. I decided to make a change of scenery and lifestyle. My nephew, who is a "deep sea fishing" freak, recommended Mike Nicol to help me look for a condo in Baja. Mike had handled several Real Estate projects for my nephew in the Baja area.

We are writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Michael Nicol. We purchased a home, under construction, and adjacent vacant lot, developed into a pool and bar area with the help of Mr. Michael Nicol in May of 1998. Since this original purchase we have bought another vacant lot through Mr. Nicol. Mike has been very helpful especially in acquiring appliances and other construction items to complete our house and pool area. We have found Mr. Nicol to be very honest and sincere in representing us in negotiations with sellers. He has followed up transactions closely through completion, keeping us informed of status until finalization of purchases and acquisitions of Fideicomiso. We currently have a transaction in escrow for the purchase of another vacant lot with Mr. Nicol and his own brokerage, Cabo4Sale.
